MODEL VERSION

• Loose furnitures selected according to interior design from Sunreef standard (quantities according to layout selected)
• Upgrade of wood from category A to category Extra

Bathrooms:

• Bathroom accesories (per bathroom): 1 x towel rail; 2 x hangers; 1 x toilet brush; 1 x toilet paper holder – depending on layout
• Bathroom fittings and accesories from makers: Tres, Omnires, Grohe (or equivalent)
• Bathrooms walls to be finished with glossy or mat gelcoat + one wall with sintered quartz
