John Davis, or "JJ" as he’s known, has been with Next Generation Yachting for two years and is quickly becoming one of the company’s standout brokers. In just the past few months, he’s closed several major deals, including a 2023 70 Ocean Alexander and a 2018 Sunseeker 52, working as both a listing and a buyer’s agent.
JJ grew up in Chicago, where he spent much of his time yachting on Lake Michigan. He later attended North Carolina A&T State University, where he played college football while earning a BS in Marketing and an MBA in General Management. After moving to Miami, JJ began his career as a yacht charter agent and yacht manager. After helping clients enjoy incredible days on the water, JJ realized he wanted to do more—helping them not just for a day, but in purchasing or selling their dream yachts. This passion led him to join Next Generation Yachting as a Yacht Broker.
Now, JJ focuses almost exclusively on yacht owners and buyers. His experience and enthusiasm continue to grow, and so does his clientele. His positive energy and strong ethical values have quickly made him a favorite among his clients. JJ is eager to keep growing and making a significant impact in the industry and within the Next Generation Yachting team.
