PREAMBLE Introducing TOTAL, a stunning 108 Mangusta built in 2005 by the renowned Overmarine and brilliantly refitted in 2020. This exceptional yacht spans 33.5 meters (108 feet) in length with an impressive beam of 7.12 meters (23'4"). With a draft of just 1.9 meters (4'3"), TOTAL is a versatile vessel capable of accessing a variety of cruising grounds. Powered by 5,470HP MTU engines paired with twin KaMeWa jets, TOTAL can reach exhilarating speeds of up to 34 knots, while comfortably cruising between 24-28 knots. Her gross tonnage of 181 GT includes a substantial fuel capacity of 14,000 liters (3,672 gallons), providing a comfortable range at 24 knots, allowing for extended adventures on the water. The 2020 refit was significant, with approximately $1.5 million invested in optimizing an already good boat. The refit included the installation of a state-of-the-art Seakeeper stabilizer, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable ride, even in choppy conditions. The exterior paint and decks were meticulously refreshed, and the interior was enhanced to exude contemporary elegance. Accommodating up to nine guests in four nicely appointed staterooms, TOTAL offers luxurious comfort and privacy. With a dedicated crew of up to five, service is impeccable, ensuring every need is met. The yacht's spacious layout includes ample storage for a small tender or two jet skis, along with additional room for other exciting water toys. Designed by Guido de Groot and styled externally by Stefano Righini, TOTAL embodies the perfect blend of sporty performance and sophisticated comfort. This yacht is not just a vessel but a statement, ready to offer her next owner exceptional experiences. FORWARD EXTERIOR As you move forward, both the port and starboard sides feature walk-around teak decks with gray caulking. Approaching the bow, you'll find a spacious sun pad seating area that comfortably accommodates up to 13 people. This area is outfitted with plush white cushions, and the crew can provide an assortment of pillows and beanbags to enhance the coziness. There's a hatch on the bow that provides access to the forward crew cabin below. The anchoring gear on the includes 410 feet and 360 feet of just over half-inch chain paired with 275-pound anchors. These are easily accessible, with ample workspace for managing the anchors or docking the vessel, all while guests enjoy the comfortable seating area. AFT EXTERIOR The aft deck features teak flooring with gray caulk, creating a sleek and modern look. Two large sliding doors provide access to the main salon, where you'll find comfortable seating with two L shaped loveseats on both the port and starboard sides, each accompanied by ottomans. The deck also includes two adjustable coffee tables and a bench seat that accommodates about three people. A stylish six-person dining table is cleverly stored behind the bench seat, ready for use when needed. The bright white cushions throughout the area contribute to a clean, Miami-inspired vibe. The sunbed, located aft, is spacious enough to comfortably fit 4 to 6 people, making it perfect for lounging. For added comfort on hot summer days, a sun awning can be extended over this space. On both the port and starboard sides, aft stairs lead down to the swim deck, providing easy access for boarding the tender or taking a swim. The port and starboard side of the working garages houses a crane various inflatable toys and wave runners adding to the fun and relaxation this area offers. MAIN SALON AND BRIDGE As you step into the main salon, you'll find inviting seating areas on both the port and starboard sides. The starboard side features a three-person couch flanked by chairs at both ends, along with a dining table. The port side mirrors this setup with another three-person couch and matching chairs, but also includes two coffee tables for added convenience. The space feels remarkably open as you move forward to a four-person bar, which you can easily walk around from either side. The salon is filled with natural light, thanks to 13 large windows, creating a bright and airy ambiance. Additionally, a sunroof opens up to provide an incredible view of the stars at night. The expansive view through the bridge windows further enhances the feeling of spaciousness. This version emphasizes the openness and light in the space while highlighting the unique features like the sunroof. Forward of the bar, you'll find the bridge, equipped with three captain's chairs and all the navigational equipment, providing excellent sightlines, assuring safety when reaching speeds of up to 30 knots! To the starboard forward, there's access to the crew mess, while the port side leads to the lower guest cabins' ACCOMMODATIONS From the Crew Mess, there's a convenient entryway to the lower guest cabins, allowing laundry to be discreetly managed without crew being seen, which enhances the level of service. Beginning at the main stairway, which cleverly houses storage underneath for cleaning supplies and small equipment, forward on the port side is Guest 2 with a queen berth. The bed is positioned against the bulkhead, providing ample space to move around. This cabin is outfitted with a 24" TV, hanging locker and an ensuite head that features a marble sink with stainless steel fixtures. The shower is spacious and includes a ceiling-mounted rain shower. Further forward is the VIP stateroom. Features include a small vanity desk, a walk-around queen berth with marble inlays in the ceiling, a flush-mounted 40" TV, two closets, and additional cabinets. The head includes an overhead hatch, full-length mirror on the mid bulkhead, which hides an escape hatch to the crew cabins, and a large shower with a rain showerhead and bench seat. The sink is marble with stainless steel faucets. Moving aft, a small one-step stair leads down to a day head on the starboard side, which includes a marble sink and dual mirrors. MASTER STATEROOM A sliding door separates the master lounge/lower salon. This space boasts a large L-shaped couch, a built-in coffee table, and a 43" TV. The room is accented with wood inlays on the floor and marble inlays on the walls and overhead. Notably, there are two sets of sliding doors; one separates the lounge from the twin cabin and master cabin, creating a flexible space that can be considered part of the master suite--ideal for families or couples requiring separate sleeping areas. On the port side of the lounge, there's a twin cabin with two beds and a Pullman berth on the interior bulkhead. This cabin also includes a closet, 24" TV and a head with a marble countertop and rain shower. Finally, moving aft through the large sliding door, you enter the master cabin. A built-in 50" TV is mounted on the forward bulkhead, and 10 stainless steel port lights flood the room with natural light. The space is elegantly finished with wood inlay floors and marble inlays on the walls. The centrally located king bed offers ample room to move around. To the port side aft, you'll find a walk-in closet with glass-fronted drawers for easy access and organization. On the starboard side, a loveseat provides a comfortable spot to unwind before starting the day. The master bathroom features a vanity a spacious rain shower with a bench, and a marble sink with stainless steel fixtures. Additionally, there is an escape hatch from the master cabin leading to the main salon for added safety.
CREW QUARTERS / GALLEY GALLEY Descending the stairs from the main deck bridge, you enter the galley outfitted with brand-new Miele equipment, including a washer and dryer. This well-appointed area also features two refrigerators, two freezers, and a cozy crew dinette. CREW QUARTERS Moving forward, you'll find a crew cabin with twin bunk beds, a small desk, a shower, and a head, providing a comfortable and functional living space for the crew. ENGINE ROOM The engine room is accessed via two deck hatches on the aft deck, one on the port side and one on the starboard side. Descending the ladders, you arrive at the forward section of the engine room, where you'll find a dedicated workspace and storage for tools. The new Gyro is centrally positioned aft.
